Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
By downloading, installing or using the Contact QR application ("App") you accept these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Service Description
The App allows you to create, share, and add to Apple/Google Wallet QR codes, vCards and digital business cards using your Microsoft 365 / Azure AD account or a local profile.
3. License and Subscription
- Corporate features require a valid subscription or trial.
- Subscription status is verified via Microsoft AppSource or the CC Bilgi Teknolojileri licensing service.
- After the trial expires free features remain available; corporate features become limited.
4. User Obligations
- You are responsible for all activity carried out under your account.
- Do not produce content that violates applicable laws, third-party rights or your organization's policies.
- Do not reverse engineer, abuse or disrupt the service.
5. Intellectual Property
The App, icons, logo, source code and brand are owned by CC Bilgi Teknolojileri. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license for personal or internal corporate use.
6. Third-Party Services
The App uses Microsoft Graph, Google Firebase, Apple Wallet and Google Wallet services. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.
7. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for direct or indirect damages, data loss, lost profits or business interruption.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access — with or without prior notice — in case of breach, fraud or legal requirement.
9. Changes
These Terms may be updated occasionally. Material changes will be announced in-app. Continued use after the update constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes are settled by Istanbul courts and execution offices.
